The following steps will guide you through the process of getting married. I’m here to make sure we make this easy and fun.
Step 1 - Choose your wedding package:

An initial online or in person meetup to discuss your ceremony with an email or phone follow up
A legals-only ceremony with the option to include personalised vows
All legal paperwork completed and lodged
Cost $499 for weddings within Melbourne * additional costs may apply for regional weddings

An initial online or in person meeting to discuss your ceremony and two follow up meetings to go through all paperwork.
In these meetings we also work together to tailor and create a unique and memorable ceremony, highlighting and celebrating what has led you both to this momentous occasion
I provide assistance with writing your personalised vows
I will attend and participate in your wedding rehearsal
I offer access to all my resources and continued support throughout the entire process
All legal paperwork completed and lodged
I provide you with a copy of the ceremony script inclusive of vow cards
Cost $750 for weddings within Melbourne * additional costs may apply for regional weddings
‘The Full works and more’
An initial online or in person meeting to discuss your ceremony and two follow up meetings to go through all paperwork. In these meetings we also work together to tailor and create a unique and memorable ceremony, highlighting and celebrating what has led you both to this momentous occasion
As many ceremony inclusions as you would like - including readings, symbols and rituals
I provide assistance with writing your personalised vows
I will attend and participate in your wedding rehearsal
I offer access to all my resources and continued support throughout the entire process
Travel included
All legal paperwork completed and lodgedI provide you with a copy of the ceremony script inclusive of vow cards
I will also provide you with a framed copy of your Wedding Certificate
I can even Emcee! (MC)
$950 for wedding for weddings within Melbourne * additional costs may apply for regional weddings
An additional $450 for me to Emcee
Step 2 - Accept terms and conditions and pay deposit to secure date
I will email you my standard terms and conditions for you to accept and transfer your deposit. To secure my services, I require a deposit of $250.
*Please note without a deposit, I cannot lock in your date.
Step 3 - It’s time to get your legal paperwork and ceremony choices completed.
The Notice of Intended Marriage needs to be filled out at and lodged with me at least one month prior to your wedding date (it is your responsibility to ensure that this occurs). Please fill out the Notice - NOIM
Once completed, print it out and take it to one of the following to get it witnessed by a JP, GP, Police Officer or Barrister/Solicitor or I can witness for you.
Once witnessed, email me a copy at danieletrathen@gmail.com
Send me copies of your ID documents (you should already have filled out and emailed us your Notice of Intended Marriage): (ID docs needed are a Passport [Australian or Overseas] OR a Birth Certificate and Photo ID)
Step 4 - Fill out the couples information sheet
Step 5 - Get Married and celebrate - I would love it if you shared some photos on socials and tagged me @danieltrathencelebrant
